Our employees undergo a careful screening process that includes:

  • Minimum of one-year post-licensure clinical experience
  • Personal interview and application with verifiable work history and professional references
  • Competency demonstrated by appropriate examination and sills inventory
  • Verification of professional licensure
  • Annual BLS, ACLS or other certifications as necessary
  • Documentation of a yearly physical exam including a negative PPD or chest x-ray
  • Proof of MMRV by positive titer or 2 immunizations
  • Background check and drug screening
