Q. What is a healthcare staffing agency/nurse registry?

A. RNI is a Certified Healthcare Staffing Service agency that provides per diem healthcare personnel to hospitals, skilled care facilities, clinics, and medical offices.

Q. How do I become an employee for RNI?

A. To become a RNI employee, you must first complete an application and be approved for hire by our HR Department. You can complete the application online or by downloading the printable version and then faxing to 877-349-3129 or email to RNIHR@registrynetwork.net. 

Q. Am I under any obligation after submitting my application?

A. No. Your application is used to qualify you for hiring only. You can choose to work registry now or in the future.

Q. What are the minimum requirements of experience?

A. You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in your specialty at an acute care facility (some position and assignments may require more experience, please contact your local office for more info).

Q. Am I required to work a certain number of days a week/month?

A. No. You are able to work whenever you wish as long as your credentials are current. We have staff that work as full time employees and others that work as little as 1 day a month. It’s your choice.

Q. How much will I earn?

A. Pay rates vary depending on facility and your specialty. We promise you that RNI is very competitive with our pay rates.

Q. How and when will I be paid?

A. Payroll is completed on Tuesday afternoon and pay checks are issued on Friday for days worked the previous week. Our payroll week runs Sunday through Saturday. We provide direct deposit and Global Cash Card. Please contact your local office for more info.

A. Yes. You will be able to reach one of our friendly and experience staffing coordinators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q. Can I sign up for direct deposit?

A. Yes. We offer the option for direct deposit. Please fill out the direct deposit authorization form and fax or email to your local office.

Q. Do you offer referral bonuses?

A. Yes. We offer referral bonuses for RN’s, LVN’s, LPT’s, RCP’s, X-ray and Ultrasound Tech’s. Please contact your local office for more information.

Q. Are you currently hiring?

A. Yes. We are currently hiring RN’s, LVN’s, LPT’s, RCP’s, X-ray and Ultrasound Tech’s with at least 1 year acute care experience. Please fill out our online application to begin the hiring process.

Q. Do I have to have a Current Healthcare Provider license in California?

A. Yes. You must have a current and valid Healthcare Provider license in the state of California. Please check with our local state board of nursing to see if your state is a compact license state.

Q. Do you offer online testing?

A. Yes. All of our clinical staff must complete and pass the exams that pertain to their specialty. These exams can only be taken online. For your convenience, each office has a designated testing computer for those that don’t have access to a computer or the internet.

Q. What certifications are required to work registry?

A. All clinical staff must have a current CPR card (American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers). You must also have any certifications that pertain to your specialty. These may include: ACLS, PALS, NRP, FHM, MAB/CPI/DAB, and TNCC.

Q. What medical documentation must I provide to work as a registry nurse?

A. All clinical staff must have a current Physical Exam, TB clearance, respiratory fit test, proof of 2 immunization or titers showing immunity levels for the following: Hepatitis-B, MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella), and Varicella.
